All Grace Note Chimes are tuned in the key of C, with the corresponding notes and chords engraved on one side of each aluminum wind plate. Each chime now features recycled composite strikers. Composite lumber is not only environmentally friendly but it also creates a softer contact sound when applied to the wind chime tubing. These strikers are not subject to drying or cracking and require no maintenance.
Customize your windchime gift with an etched engraving on the chime's windcatcher. Grace Note Chimes is one of a limited number of chime makers that offers this unique option. For a small additional fee you can have your personal sentiments engraved on the windcatcher along with an engraved design of your choice.
