APO, FPO, Territories and International shipments
Shipping costs for APOs, FPOs, and addresses outside the Continental United States will require communication with us, and your final approval, prior to order placement and shipment. >>Call, Fax or Email us.
Expedited Shipments
Expedited shipping options are avaiable at checkout for an additional charge.
Delivery Time
Standard ground shipments will arrive between 3-7 business days ,within the continental United States, dependent upon destination.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with any visible signs of box damage, and the carrier is still there, open the shipment and inspect for product damage. If the product is damaged, tell the carrier that you refuse delivery and notify us promptly. If the carrier is not present, promptly notify the carrier and us regarding the damage.
Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your wind chime purchase, contact us within 7 days. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may return your purchase.
Prior to any return, a return authorization number (RA) must be obtained from us. Product (and all accessories) must be returned in original, resellable condition and in original packaging. No refunds or exchanges can be made after 30 days of the delivery date. Restocking fees may apply.
Special or customized orders cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the purchase of a custom engraved or special order chime. We will be more than happy to help you in making the right selection.
