Q: What do I do if my purchase is defective or arrives damaged?
All of our wind chimes are fully warranted by the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective wind chime the manufacturer's warranty information and instructions on obtaining an RA (Return Authorization) will be indicated within the shipment or by contacting us. Should your purchase arrive damaged, notify the carrier for a prompt resolution to the damaged shipment.
